Source and evaluate candidates as per requirements for Bengaluru office.
Schedule interviews with stakeholders/department heads.
Roll out offer letters and be actively involved in documentation as per policy.
Providing assistance on Contractual staffing which includes hiring, onboarding & related paperwork and record keeping.
Administer and execute routine tasks related to HRMIS maintenance, other processes like Exit formalities, employee reviews etc.
Create learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
Performs other duties as assigned.
