1) Updating Records.
2) Opening new files and updating old files.
3) Communication with Clients, Auditors, Associates.
4) Making Draft Documents and getting them approved from the authorized personals.
5) Invoicing and Managing Other Basic Account related jobs.
6) Verification of All the bills before payments.
7) Keeping track of all pending and unpaid bills.
8) Updating online database. (Database of Client’s information on backend of website)
9) Updating various daily base records such as document issue record, courier incoming and outgoing records and keeping track of receipt at addressee end.
