Urgently require for one of our client

Manage the team of cluster credit managers ( Recruit, train and manage)
Manage the underwriting of all cases in the alternate channel business in state within stipulated time as prescribed
Take constant feedback from the team to clear any bottle necks / solve any issues and ensure least attrition in the cluster
Ensure Discipline and monitor other routine issues
Credit Appraisal: Ensure all loan application is appraised as per credit policy and within applicable TAT
Credit Policy: Manage the changes in Credit policy as per market requirement to maintain healthy portfolio quality
Training: Training the team regularly on credit policy and improvement areas.
Good interpersonal, relationship management, customer service, and rapport building skills.
Risk Mitigation: Identify and analyse risks (economic, social, political, etc) related to broader loan portfolio; ensure portfolio diversification and quality.

7-10 years experience required in Financial services preferably NBFCs dealing with mortgage loans, housing loans, PL through DSAs and DSTs. Minimum 5 years experience in credit appraisal is essential for this role. Minimum 3 years experience in managing team is essential
