he company is looking for a General Manager-Software Development (GMSD) to lead a team of 60+ engineers (backend/frontend/QA/DevOps). The team's responsibility is to build and maintain the software applications and infrastructure that powers Company business. The GMSD will have overall responsibility and accountability for building and maintaining high quality, scalable, resilient and secure software

B.Tech in CS from top Tier-1 colleges (IIT, IIM, BITs Pilani, NIT)
Current CTC at least 40 LPA
Candidate will be directly reporting to CTO

Hands-on GM Software Development (70 % hands on, 30 % manage the team)
Experience in Data Structure and Algorithms
8+ years experience in Java/J2EE software development
At least 2-year experience in Node.js
At least 4 years of exp in Spring and Microservices
4+ years experience managing software development teams - 60+ engineers (backend, frontend, QA, DevOps)
Experience in Frontend - Html5, JavaScript, CSS3, AJAX, JSON, Angular, React

Experience with scalable applications and modularity

Experience in architecting, developing and maintaining massively scalable systems
