•        3+ years of experience working on Meditech Software

•        Assist RCM teams in developing and increasing their knowledge of the product

•        Understand all processes from the existing operation teams and identify, additional areas where the Meditech product can be leveraged for improving and implementing processes

•        Work with technical team for creating and identifying new report’s needed for relevant processes

•        Run on-going training sessions for operational resources and seek opportunities to be able to optimally use the product  end user training

•        Documentation management including, updating & modifying work flows

•        Assisting in developing a robust file maintenance system

•        Testing and Tier 2 support and client require gathering , basic knowledge on SQL is required

•        Analyzing current state of His and determine future state W.R.T new HIS i.e. Meditech

•        Techno- Functional and Functional knowledge on E.H.R

 

Organizational requirements

•        Required to work in night shifts and whenever required work in off hours or weekend to support maintenance activities or critical issues.

•        Must have valid Passport and should be ready to travel abroad as per business needs.

 

Education:

•        MastersBachelorsDiploma Holders in Computer Science

•        Preferred Qualifications:

•        It would be ideal if the candidate has worked in US Healthcare Space

•        Candidates with Microsoft Certifications in SQL Server would be an added advantage.
