Essential Job Functions
To serve as a single point Service Engineering contact for Field Service Engineers and provide them with adequate resolutions for service issues raised through the system pertaining to instrumentation and control cases of Fleets of Turbo machinery.
To interact with functional leaders and expert of the domain in order to solve the service cases within allowable time limits.
Provide first replies to the service requests on time with appropriateness.
Travel to customer locations in the region in case deemed necessary for attending customer meetings.
Provide updates on a regular basis to the management in the form of issue tracker list, presentations.
Provide RCAs for critical issues through proactive engagement with stakeholders.
Maintain the ageing control of the regional cases within acceptable limits.
Participate in operating reviews and provide suitable information to the management from time to time
Abilities
Willingness to travel to customer locations under short notice
24 X 7 mentality towards customer query resolutions
Strong knowledge and experience in control systems.
Previous experience of working with instrumentation and controls of Turbo machinery systems.
Six sigma certification
