Experinece-8-12 years
Qualification-Diploma In Mechnical/Grduate/AutoMobile Engineering
Providing post - sales technical and specialist services to the customers/ dealers guaranteeing the quality and effectiveness of the service & support.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Ensure the post – sales technical support to customers / dealers.
2. Achieve the “service” and customer satisfaction objectives.
3. Analyse the Customer and dealer satisfaction data to identify the customers’ and authorized dealers’ expectations in terms of service and support.
4. Ensure the CDMS implementation at all dealerships and secondary network.
5. Analyse the Customer complaint registration and plan actions for improvement.
6. Provide the Post Service Feedback (PSF), to be tracked through Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) at dealerships.
7. Supervise and support dealers’ secondary network.
8. Expand the dealers’ secondary network as per the agreed plan.
9. Ensure ‘With Warranty’, ‘Extended Warranty’ and ‘Post warranty’ vehicle reporting as per plan.
10. Study Spares consumption pattern and generate Spares & Lubes order as per agreed plan.
