1.The candidate will be responsible for visiting commercial office building in Ahmedabad and nearby region to generate property requirements.
2.The candidate will be responsible for generating leads through various activities like market research / Calling / Marketing activities in offices to know property requirements and conducting client visits.
3.Leasing of Commercial (Office) .
4.Negotiating the financials of the properties and all work relating to finalization of the deal.
5.Review prospective clients on a regular basis.
