1.       Getting bookings for all the vehicles

2.       Making sure if the vehicle  will get empty as per specific time and arrange for next booking

3.       To make sure every day Movement is there and always must have advance booking for trailers

4.       To arrange for drivers for the movements and make sure all the drivers are available even if our contractual drivers are on leave

5.       To keep constant check on drivers and make sure they reach the locations on specified time and timely returns of the same

6.       To handle all the queries arising in between of the trip. To follow up with drivers and give proper updates to the clients

7.       To send truck movement record daily to all directors and HOD’s on movement information

8.       Keep record of liters of diesel  filled every week and liquid required to put in trailers

9.       Keep track of all the advance payments made to drivers and make sure to get the bills in return and close the advance vouchers

10.    Keep track of all the material stocks available and to make sure to get the stuffs as and when  required for trailers

11.    To keep constant check on tyres and wheel alignment for the same

12.    To find out toll charges for borders and transportation areas and give the specific amount to drivers before movement

13.    To keep up to date all the documents of trailers and make sure to renew it before the expiry date like national permit, insurance etc.

14.    To take the snap of trailer to know the condition of the same. To visit the yard and location sometimes on issues related aspects


 1.      Any Graduate / post graduate   
                                                                                                   2.      Min 1 year of relevant experience.

 3.       Language proficiency –Hindi and Marathi
