Roles and Responsibilities
· To follow up on the generated leads.
· Accompany tenants to the houses and close the deal with them after having explained the product/ concept of NestAway.
· Coordinate with Area Partners (Brokers) to attain new houses from the area designated to them and also follow independent owner leads and close the deal.
· Verification of the location; house before on-boarding the property.
· Pitch about the company policies; convincing the owner.

Real Estate/Property
Sales / BD
Area sales manager, sales executive, sales, field sales, territory sales, real estate sales,
· Experience 1-2 years. Minimum educational qualification- Graduation (any specialization).
· Good communication skills Negotiation skills.
· Candidates well versed with the local language would be preferable.
· Should be ready to be on the field owing to the nature of the work.
